We aim for every booking to be a great experience. If a service does not meet your expectations, we offer transparent refunds and cancellations as follows.

Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
  • A cancellation charge may apply for last-minute cancellations.
  • Advance payments are refunded within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds

If a service was not delivered or was unsatisfactory, contact Help & Support within 48 hours with booking details. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
